Your privacy is very important to N-xt Fertilizers BV. We therefore abide by the privacy act. This means your data is safe with us and we will always look after your data scrupulously. In this privacy statement we explain what the websites n-xt.com and vruchtbarebodem.nl do with the information we collect about you.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our website. These statistics help us improve our website and enable us to show relevant information only. We can combine your personal data and so find out more about you. We use the following tool for this purpose: SalesFeed. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you are unhappy about this procedure, please let us know. We use your IP address for this purpose. We have a legitimate interest in this. We will store this information for one year.
Contact form and newsletter
By means of the contact form you can ask us questions or make enquiries.
We will use your email address, telephone number and name and address details for this purpose. We do so on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until the moment we are sure you are satisfied with our response plus six months after. This means we can easily access your information if you have any further questions. It also enables us to train our customer service to improve even further.
You can also subscribe to our newsletter, in which you can read the latest news, tips and information on our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter has a link you can click to unsubscribe. You can also notify us via your account.
Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is stored until you cancel the subscription.
Passing on your data to other companies or institutions
We will only pass on your personal data to other companies or institutions if such is necessary for our website or if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. when this is required by the police due to a suspected crime).
We cooperate with some other companies. These partners can therefore also receive your personal data. This is necessary so that they can send you the newsletter.

SalesFeed Software places one cookie by default. This cookie is a session cookie or first-party cookie. A session cookie is used to aggregate events. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. By default, no third-party cookies are placed on your computer by SalesFeed software.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyse how visitors use our website. We have signed a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict rules about what they are allowed to analyse. We have not permitted Google to use the acquired Analytics information for other Google services. We make Google anonymise the IP addresses.

Security of personal data is of great importance to us. In order to protect your privacy, we take the following measures:
